Is this!
A Mitsubishi Colt Diesel 135. This one in particular was equipped by the the coolest body style name ever featured in bus: Jetbus MID. So the driver could say "I Daily Drive a Jetbus!"

Kinja'd!!!

The engine was 3.5L Inline 6 Turbodiesel producing 135hp, located in the middle for 50/50 weight distribution, some say. Altough actually, the reason why the engine is in the midlle is to maximize cargo and passenger space. And this thing, because of short wheelbase, is scary as fuck. What do you think, oppo?

Those overhangs likely contribute a lot to the scary driving dynamics. A short-wheelbase people-mover with that much over hang (seriously, it's gotta be close to an overall 12'!) has got to be a challenge to drive.

3.5l sounds awfully small for a modern 6 cylinder heavy duty engine. Usually everything under 5l are with 4 cylinders. Light duty engines in passenger cars are of course different thing.

I would also guess that the engine is in the rear part of the vehicle. There is even ventilation holes in the lid.

Well, things are little bit different in here.

And no, those vents are fake. So does those 4-holes exhaust muffler.
